Common questions
How do I pay?
Fixed-price items can be paid on the spot by card. Larger projects are invoiced 50% to start and 50% on delivery.
Do I own the design?
Yes. Full ownership of the final artwork transfers to you on final payment, with the source files.
How long does it take?
Memorial work in 48 hours. Single print pieces in about a week. Brand packages run two to four weeks depending on revision rounds.
What if I need more revisions?
Extra rounds are $75 each. I'll always tell you before the meter starts — you won't find it on an invoice as a surprise.
Do you do printing?
I supply print-ready files rather than printing in house. That keeps your cost down and lets you use whichever printer you like.
Can you work from my Canva?
Yes. I can build inside your Canva account or hand off editable templates to it, so your team can make small changes without me.
